To access your program(s), whether custom or pre-made, please download TrainHeroic app by clicking on the link for your operating system below or by searching “TrainHeroic ” in your app store.
For iOS, click HERE. For Android, click HERE.

Once you download the app:
1) If you’re an existing customer, you can use your original credentials to log in.
2) If you’re a new customer, you can set up your new account with an email/username and password.
3) You can also reset your password here.

Note that you will not be able to log in if you don’t have an active program subscription.
You can ALSO buy programs directly through the app.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• If you have any questions about our programs or any trouble with the app, please email me at excelsior4athletes@gmail.com for assistance. You can expect support during normal business hours – Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm UTC. If your request is received after hours, I will respond as soon as possible on the next business day.

• All subscriptions start on the day of purchase. If you would like to change to a more convenient start date or if you purchased multiple programs that you want to start at different times, please email me.

• When your program ends, the system will automatically update new month if has not been cancelled earlier
