Founded in 2019, Excelsior as stood for professional and performance-oriented athletic training ever since.

The goal was and is to create a professional training offer that is independent of location and available at all times, so that you can receive the best possible training support, no matter what your level of performance.

Mantra of Excelsior S&C is “ sky is the limit”.

The aim is to create athletes with a limitless mentality.

Maximal potential, Learning , Growing , no rush, 100% effort in every movement, etc: those are the main keys an excelsior athlete should have.

My goal is to bring athletes to their personal, potential maximum performance through evidence-based athletic training.

Due to my own history, I attach great importance to achieving this without any symptoms and without injuries.

Through 1 to 1 coaching in the fitness area, the position of Strength and Conditioning Coach with the different Football Team and Speed and Agility Sessions with several volleyball and basketball clubs, I have been able to gain a lot of experience in recent years.

This experience is accompanied by a constantly growing interest in making the way to the maximum of personal potential as effective as possible.

Custom Programming

Custom programming is the equivalent of working with me in-person – but from wherever you are and at a fraction of the cost. This service starts with a video appointment to learn about you and what you want to work on. Then I build a program specifically for your needs and goals based on your schedule and access to equipment. Iif you’re in pain, haven’t gotten results, or are unsure where to turn, this option was created for you.

REPAIR: REHAB-FOCUSED PROGRAMS

Given my specialty in treating injuries and helping patients recover from surgery, I have built programs that have a heavy emphasis on addressing body-part specific pain. Do you have a nagging injury that you haven’t been able to resolve? Have you not fully recovered from surgery?
Did insurance cut you off from physical therapy and now you don’t know where to turn?

Custom Programming

Custom Programming is the equivalent of being one of my personal patients – but you can live anywhere in the world (where there’s internet service!) and get my help at a fraction of the cost!
Who is the ideal custom programming client?
This option is recommended for anyone with:
• a current injury
• very specific goals
• limited access to equipment
• anyone who has tried other treatments and programs without getting the results they wan

WHAT IS CUSTOM PROGRAMMING?

A custom program is a 1-month long training routine that I make JUST FOR YOU.
It is created after meeting on a 30-minute video appointment. It is tailored specifically to meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals.
The program is delivered through trainheroic easy-to-use app.
With a custom program, you also get access to a couple bonus features:

• The custom client has the ability to text and video message directly with me to ask any questions and get guidance on things like exercise form, progress, modifications, pain, and resistance level, etc.

• The program can be adjusted at any point within the month based on client feedback and performance needs.
